Production Capacity
Our integrated production facility includes:
- A computer optimized chop saw
- Two Stenner fine curve re-saws
- Two moulders - capable of dressing 6"x6" and 4"x12" timbers, down to 1"x1" sizes with extensive correctional trimming for both inbound and outbound, sanding capacity for both one or two face sanding
- Finger-joint machinery - capable of joining blocks up to 22 foot lengths, up to 4" thick and 8" wide
- Four high-tech steam and dehumidification drying kilns with dry storage area (2 kilns x 55,000 mbf) and (2 kilns x 125,000 mbf).
In addition, our plant has a fully-covered facility for efficient van and container loading, allowing for convenient and seamless transportaion of our quality products by any combination of truck, rail or cargo ship to customers in North America and around the world.
